Review by hotel critic
Kusatsu Hotel Bekkan Wata no Yu exceeded all expectations, truly one of the best stays I've ever had! The room exuded spaciousness, cleanliness, and tranquility, embodying the essence of traditional Japanese design. Breakfast was a delightful culinary journey, and the onsen experience was simply exceptional. Nestled right at the entrance of Sainokawara Park, with Yubatake and Otaki no Yu Onsen just a leisurely stroll away, the location couldn't be more perfect.Mrs. Miki, the charming hostess, epitomized the exceptional hospitality of Kusatsu. Her warmth and kindness added a special touch to our stay, leaving a lasting impression. The unique and delicious breakfast offered a wonderful introduction to Japanese cuisine, setting the tone for our culinary exploration. The proximity to both in-house and nearby hot springs provided a rejuvenating experience, especially during the mixed session on Friday evening - a rare treat.Immersing myself in the rejuvenating onsen waters, followed by a relaxing session in the massage chair at the hot spring room entrance, was pure bliss. The modern yet traditionally inspired architecture of the hotel created a serene atmosphere, perfectly complementing the natural surroundings of Sainokawara Park. The attentive and polite staff further enhanced our experience, ensuring every need was met with a smile. Whether you crave a tranquil retreat or a culinary adventure, this gem in Kusatsu is a definite must-visit. I can't wait to return and indulge in this luxurious haven once again. ありがとう,Miki さん!
